Passenger aircraft will understand their obligations including the need to follow all procedures established by the airlines. So what are the rights of passengers when the airline experienced delays or the delay?

Here are some of the compensation that must be given by airlines to passengers according to regulations of the Minister of Transportation No. KM 25 of 2008
- Delay in flight 30-90 minutes then the airlines (airlines) are required to provide drinks and snacks
- Delay in 90-180 minutes then the airlines must provide drinks, snacks, lunch or dinner and moved the passengers to the next flight or to other scheduled airlines, if requested by passengers.
- Flight delays of more than 180 minutes then the airlines must memberkan drinks, snacks, lunch or dinner and if passengers can not be moved to the next flight or to other scheduled airlines, the passenger must be given to the accommodation facility to be transported on flights the next day.
- Cancellation of flight: airlines passengers must transfer to the next flight and if it can not be transferred to the next flight or to other scheduled airlines, the passenger must be given to the accommodation facility to be transported on a flight the next day.
- If the passengers refused to fly due to the delay of more than 180 minutes of flight cancellations or due to the airlines must return fares paid by passengers to airlines. (Delay is due to an error if the airlines)
However, there are airlines that provide better compensation of these provisions in order to improve services to passengers.
